Waterbom Bali is an aquatic playground and is located in the heart of Kuta. It spans over 3.8 hectares of landscaped tropical gardens designed to provide memorable experiences for all ages. From thrill seekers testing their courage on Asia’s steepest slide – The Climax, to families enjoying the extensive kid’s area or those wanting to relax and soak up the Balinese sunshine, a day out at Waterbom Bali will be entertaining for the whole family.
THE RIDES
Funtastic
Funtastic is a large water playground that would suit small children up to the age of 6 or 7. There are four tube slides, water jets, a giant tipping bucket, climbing net and water cannons that will have the little ones entertained all day.
Lazy River
Imagine sitting back relaxing on a tube floating along the river whilst taking in all the scenic Balinese views. This is one of the most popular activities for those not wanting a thrill ride.
Constrictor
Apparently it’s the longest waterslide in the world clocking in at 250 metres in length.
Climax
The Climax is the most the heart wrenching and thrilling slide in the park. This one is only for the bravest and thus saying that, I have no idea what it was like because are you crazy, I’m NOT going on that.
THE FOOD
Waterbom Bal pride themselves on their extensive cuisine varieties available throughout the waterpark including a range of alternatives for the health conscious.
Choose from a selection Italian, Mexican, Japanese and Indonesian options, complimented by western classics and healthy salads.
All food at Waterbom Bali arrives fresh daily and is prepared to order. All the cakes and breads throughout the park are baked daily and in-house.
Wantilan Food Court
The Wantilan Food Court offers a wide selection of international foods, snacks and scrumious desserts.
Thaitalian
Thaitalian (as by its name) serves up Thai and Italian cuisine.
Poke a Dog
Looking for American style hot dogs, this this is the shack to visit.
HOT TIPS
** Don’t want to bring your own towel to the park? Then towel hire is available for Rp10,000 per piece. Please note, a deposit of Rp62,000 is applied to each towel for return at the end of the day.
** Pack your own water Bottles as the weather is pretty hot and you can get dehydrated very quickly.
** Be prepared for a mandatory bag search by security at Waterbom Bali.
** No food or drinks (apart from bottles of water) are allowed into the park and security will throw them out if you try to sneak them in.
** There are not many toilets at the park, so be prepared to wait in line.

OPERATING HOURS
Waterbom Bali is open daily from 9.00am to 6.00pm except on Nvepi Day (Day of Silence).
PRIVATE GAZEBOS
Waterbom Bali has 51 private gazebos scattered all over the park and we were lucky enough to try one of them out. It was perfect to leave all our belongings secure while we had fun in the waterpark. All gazebos include a safe and food and drinks can be delivered to your gazebo.

OUR THOUGHTS
We had a wonderful day at Waterbom Bali and would definitely visit again soon. The park caters to all ages, young and old. Next time we would definitely do the two-day pass as it’s better value for money. We really loved the splash card. It’s a band that you wear the entire day and you can top up money onto it and use it at all the food and drink facilities in the park, that way you don’t have to carry cash on you. It’s simple and easy to use and at the end of the day, cash out whatever money is left on it.
